Children’s Cooperative Playschool Consignment Sale September 13, 2006 Dear Consigners and Vendors, Thank you for considering participating in the Children’s Cooperative Playschool Consignment Sale scheduled for October 28, 2006 (rain date 11/4/06). Since the establishment of the sale in 2004, we have grown toward our goal of becoming a premier consignment sale offering quality children’s clothes, toys, equipment, and maternity and nursing ware. We also showcase local vendors offering unique items targeted to children and caregivers. Consigners receive 75% of the selling price on all items sold. Vendors pay a flat rate for a half table or full table to display their items. As a cooperative, the Playschool relies on parent labor and community support to help keep tuition affordable and serve families of different economic status. All monies raised at the sale will go to support the continued growth and development of the Children’s Cooperative Playschool, including maintaining our scholarship fund. The Children’s Cooperative Playschool is a small non-profit preschool that was established over thirty years ago. We are a family-oriented early learning experience for children two to five years of age. We strive to provide a safe, nurturing and accepting environment in which children are encouraged to develop social, emotional, cognitive and motor skills through play.
